What should I do if my recently uploaded books aren't appearing correctly?

If it seems that recent uploads have not been processed correctly, or that sold books are still appearing, please first check the following:

  1. From the bookseller menu, click on "View recent uploads"
  2. Check to make sure that the proper number of records were processed. If this indicates pending, your upload has not yet processed. If it indicates that the upload is in the state new_seller, then our system has detected that your upload may require a filter change.
  3. If the upload has been marked as completed and the record count seems off, check to make sure you have not changed the format of your uploads. If you have, please let us know at so that we can make any necessary adjustments.

If the record count seems correct, please contact with examples of your books that didn't process correctly, and we will investigate the issue.
