My BookHound file is damaged. How do I recover it?

Return to what I was doing

If you receive a message that your BookHound is "damaged" and needs to be "recovered", quit BookHound. Then, on a Windows computer, recover the damaged file by holding down the "Ctrl" and "Shift" keys on your keyboard while double-clicking the BookHound application icon (or shortcut). On a Macintosh, hold down the "option" and apple ("command") keys while double-clicking the BookHound application icon (or alias). When "recovery" is complete, click OK in the next window and BookHound will open normally. Check the last record you were working on as it might be incomplete.

I was delighted with my order and your service. The book arrived in time for the occasion that I needed it for. I was thrilled to be able to find an out-of-print copy.
