Published by Hamilton Beach in 1948, this 45 + page booklet includes information on how to use the mixer, what attahments are for, and lots of recipes tested at the College of Home Economics, Syracuse University. Condition: Wear and rubbing and light soiling to covers. There is a damp stain to all pages bottom quarter of the booklet, with varying degrees of staining. The worst stain is in the photo shown.
