No Place: Vintage Books SCARCE publisher's promotional poster for "The BIG U", his 1st book (1984) and a trade paperback original. "The lowest form of higher education". 17 3/4"w x 23 3/4"h. Featuring the same artwork as the cover of the book. A Very Good poster, 2" area of chips bottom left edge, bottom edge could be trimmed evenly or covered by a frame. Distributed in limited numbers at the ABA trade show in 1984. Will be shipped loosely rolled in a mailing tube. . Poster. 17 3/4" x 23 3/4".

The Big U is Neal Stephenson's first published novel, a satire of campus life.
