St. Joseph, MO: Three Phase Publishing, 1990. Pamphlet. 40 pg. staple-bound pamphlet, 8.5" x 5.5". Inscribed by a previous owner on the front free end page, else very good. No copies in OCLC as of November 2021. Rao was educated in Bangalore and emigrated to the US where he began teaching English at various universities. He is a member of the South Asian Literature Section of the Modern Language Association of America. At the time of the book's publication, Rao was an Assistant Professor at Southwest Missouri State University.
