About This Item
Sacramento: California State Printing Office for the commission, 1919. Pamphlet. 23p., staplebound pamphlet in 9x6 inch printed plain wraps. A little dusty and handled, with a small pressure mark to rear cover and adjacent leaves, front cover bears the rubberstamp of the Los Angeles branch of the commission, staples touched with rust. A good copy. Provides proper forms for complaints, subpoenas, articles of incorporation, authority to issue stocks, applications to sell or "otherwise encumber public utility property" Title page specifies that the item in hand is a "reprint," from what earlier month and year we cannot tell, but is plainly is of the period and is indeed 1919 as per title page.
