New York City: Mast, Crowell & Kirkpatrick, 1896. Later edition. Pamphlet. Very Good. Large 8vo. Staple-bound tan pictorial covers with decorations in red on the front and rear cover, spine lettered in red. Illustrated with a frontis portrait of George Washington and a portrait of Martha Washington on the proceeding page. Additionally illustrated with several wood engravings and black and white photographs. A profusely illustrated edition of Irving's Life of Washington. A Very Good example with some rubbing and darkening to the covers, moderate wear noted to the gutters. Contemporary owner's name on the free front endpaper.
