Pictorial card covers slightly marked, rubbed and bumped; an excellent copy. The front cover illustration reproduces a photographic portrait of a young Indigenous lad. The subject is unidentified and the photographer is uncredited, but we know it to be a portrait from the decade 1900s by the Adelaide photographer Charles Scott (1878-1928) of a boy from Oodnadatta called Jacky. His portrait was clearly popular in its time - we have seen contemporary examples of it as a printed postcard and a large-format developed photograph - and its use here indicates it still hit the spot some 75 years later. The thick paper is a little tanned and lightly creased, with a light tidemark to small sections of the bottom margin (not impacting the printed area), and a few pinholes to the margins; in very good condition. The tour was promoting the 'Brand New Album - "A Momentary Lapse of Reason"'. The poster is signed with a black felt-tipped pen by Richard Wright and two of the backing vocalists, Durga McBroom and Rachel Fury. Provenance: the personal collection of David Lovatt, proprietor of Bank Street Records, Adelaide (1985-1994). He obtained the autographs at the Hilton Hotel, Adelaide after their concert at Thebarton Oval on 11 February 1988.
