Unique because it has an inscription inside the front cover from a Second Grade Teacher to a student that has just finished her class and asks him to "promise to visit room 106 when you're a big 3rd grader! Have a wonderful summer!: Kudos to "Joyce de Lemos" - who must have been a great teacher. But, I am not sure that "Grant", who the note was written to ever read the book! Inside text is crisp and clean and appears to be unread. There is a strip of clear tape inside the front cover in the bottom right hand corner which may be over the remnants of a smaller price sticker. No other marks or writing inside the book.
