Two 1936 clippings from the Sunday New York Herald Tribune Books section are laid in between blank leaves near the end of the scrapbook, as are pressed flowers between preceding leaves. A number of the articles are serial installments, some are book reviews. Miss Trosper (1912-1944), daughter of an Oklahoma pioneering family, attended the University of Oklahoma and appears to have been a recent graduate living in New York at the time she assembled this scrapbook.
