Top of spine slightly concave with some rubbing to extremities; small knock to bottom corner of lower board. The original and unclipped dust jacket has some light wear to spine ends and a crease to bottom corner of front flap; one very small nick and a closed tear to spine head. A very good copy or better.

A limited edition published simultaneously with the first trade edition and consisting of only 100 numbered copies to be signed by the author, of which this is number 22. Joint winner of the 2019 Booker Prize and the sequel to 'The Handmaid's Tale'. The book is swiss bound in green and white cloth with navy blue endpapers and sprayed green edges with the book title together with the author's name debossed on the upper board. The book is housed in a navy blue cloth clamshell case with a magnetic catch, contains a navy blue ribbon to facilitate removal of the book, and features marbled top and bottom edges and interior. A very attractive production in fine condition and in its original box, which is also in excellent condition.

Owner's name in ink to title page with light browning to endpapers and half-title; mild bumping and rubbing to corners and extremities; top edge a little darkened; some minor cracking to binding at page 16, but all pages still holding firm. A very good copy indeed of the author's scarce third collection of ghost stories.

The original dust jacket has a few shallow chips and nicks to edges with some browning, most notably to spine panel. A good copy of a book that is seemingly rare signed with associated ephemera.

Edges and endpapers somewhat foxed largely due to the quality of paper used. Knock to the top corner of text block, otherwise very good. The original and unclipped dust jacket is very good indeed with some toning to spine panel and a few white spots to lower panel.
