The spine is sunned, has a small stain near the bottom, and the spine top/bottom are bumped and rubbed, else very good. There is a short, 1 inch, rubbed-through spot along the top front edge, else very good. 211 pages which are clean, crisp, unmarked and uncreased. The binding is so good and tight it appears to be unread. There are stamp on the front and back pastedowns and the front flyleaf of the convent it was in, as well as a donation inscription and an owner's address plate on the front flyleaf, else very good. The pages are starting to tan; a few of the pages have a couple of small stains; a few of the pages have had the top corner creased; a few pages have small closed tears; and one page has an open tear at the top outer corner.
