VG++ - Near Fine. 1975 Putnam Sports Shelf, first edition. Hardcover with dust jacket. Signed by author Jon C. Halter (and dedicated to parents). Extremely difficult title to find in clean (non-library) condition. This is the first time we've even SEEN a legitimate dust jacket. Plus, the added bonus of a signed copy. This one's a beauty.

VG+ / VG+. 1948 Rinehart / Walter Black, presumed second edition. Hardcover with dust jacket. Book and jacket both in great shape. Jacket spine is sun-faded; book has a bit of foxing to the top edge page block. Jacket and book spines both read "Rinehart", but title page states "Walter Black" so we believe this is a second edition.

VG++. 1986 Bantam (UK), first printing. Softcover. UK novelization of the Al Pacino, Donald Sutherland, Nastassja Kinski film directed by Hugh Hudson. Minor edge wear to covers.

VG+. 1970 Penguin, first printing film tie-in edition. Softcover. Given Jon Voight's political views, it seems almost criminal that he was cast as a leftist radical (or, in 'Midnight Cowboy' for that matter). He would likely argue "...that's what actors do dummy."
Anyway, the book is in nice shape with one slightly dinged corner.

NF / VG+ 1993 tidewater, first edition. Signed by Rex Barney, who posed a scary at bat for hitters in the 40's with a live fastball, and no idea where it was going.

VG+. 1953 Bantam A1162, first printing. Softcover. Nice condition for a Bantam Giant issue. One small corner crease on rear cover.

VG-. 1968 Pan Books, 9th printing, film tie-in edition. Softcover. Small scrapes to top edge of cover. Edge wear. If you ever want to traumatize a small child...show them the Disney film version and (spoiler alert!) watch their reaction when the otter they've become so fond of over the prior 90 minutes gets chopped in half! I, along with 200 other 8 year olds, screamed my head off in the theater and the scars remain to this day. Thanks Walt!
