There are two versions of "The Gordons". The first team was Gordon Gordon and his wife Mildred Nixon Gordon. After she died in 1979, Gordon remarried and continued his familial collaboration with his new wife, Mary Dorr Gordon. They wrote stories about FBI agent John "Rip" Ripley, as well as The FBI Story (which can be found elsewhere in this bookstore). Although there is no sign of moisture, the book has a slight musty aroma. Currently residing in my desiccant chamber to try and remedy that.
