Book is in excellent condition. Condition faults: Light buckling of last 60 pages and light age toning at the edges of the first two flyleaf pages. Unclipped dj has only one small tear (1/3") at the bottom front cover, soiling on front and much fading and soiling. Pages are clear and clean without marks, tears or foxing.

This book is no. 1031 of 3,000 limited edition English language copies, An additional 2,000 French copies were also printed. This Catalogue was published on the opening of the Exhibition Rene Lalique at the Musee des Arts Decoratifs in Paris.

Scarce first edition of the author's classic work in excellent condition. Cover has miniscule wear at edges and a small section on inside back cover that appears to be the remnant of a paste-on that has been removed. Unclipped dj ($3.00) in excellent condition, except repair on back-cover section of the Plasti-Kleer cover over the dj. Also the flaps of the dj have been glued to the cover. The book is ex. library. But the only evidence of this status is the stamped at the bottom of the dedication page, and the library name stamped on the top edges of the pages - only visible when the book is closed (see photos).
