The volume has light spine and corner wear, has a mildly sun washed spine, and some sporadic fore-edge foxing. The endpapers are unevenly discolored, and a few leaves have dog-eared corners.

The volume has light ed wear, is bumped on the spine ends, and the text leaves are gently toned. The unclipped dust jacket, priced on the spine, has a mildly sunned spine, is edge rubbed with shallow chips and short closed tears (longest is 1/4"), but there is uneven deeper chipping on the spine crown and rear joint affecting a letter in each of the two title words.

The unclipped dust jacket is edge rubbed with tiny nicks and three short closed tears (longest is 1/4"). The jacket is now sleeved in mylar.

The volume which has a sewn in nylon ribbon marker has some very faint toning to the test leaves. The unclipped dust jacket is fine. Both are housed in a near fine slipcase which is bumped on one corner and has some gentle wrinkling on the spine ends.
