Description:
London: Byblos Productions Ltd, 1977. First Printing. Folding Fanzine. Good+. Erika Eschenberg (photographer of the Heartbreakers). 4to fanzine that folds out to a 36" x 48" poster featuring the Sex Pistols. On verso, articles cover the usual British acts (Sex Pistols, Vibrators, Damned, Clash) as well equal space given Brisbane, Australia's the Saints. Other than Johnny Thunders and the Heartbreakers, the New York bands are mostly ignored. Lavishly illustrated with color and black-and-white photography. Two small perforations (large pinholes) where folds meet at center of poster; pinholes in corners. Price 35p on front cover, top corner. A deliberately sensational publication that appears marketed as much to the followers of London's outlandish punk scene as to tourists. A scarce publication, perhaps a one-off.

Description:
Snoqualmie, Washington, 1930. Original Poster. Framed Poster. Good-. Framed poster, matted, with exposed area measuring 8.5 x 11.75 inches. Features five bouts, listing boxers names and hometowns, all being Seattle, North Bend, Snoqualmie, Monroe or Issaquah. Printed at Falls Printing Company. With closed tears, two perforations and age-toning. Hands-down one of the best boxing names ever, Shorty Whipp has almost proven elusive in the annals of pugilism with only one boxing site recording his career. A super featherweight, he fought nine bouts, winning three, losing two and drawing four. The first recorded fight for another boxer on the card, Johnny Acceturo, is recorded as 1942. As such, we'll date this poster from the post-WWII era. Scarce. Please excuse the glare and shadows in our photos; it's a fault of the amateur photographer (me) and not a condition of the poster.
