A fascinating early book describing the believed benefits of electricity in a vast range of conditions including nervous disorders, joint problems, gout, rheumatism, paralysis and muscular contractions. Very good condition. Scarce.

Early paint mark below lower border, otherwise in good clean and bright condition.

This book a presentation copy from editor Andy Croft to Arnold Rattenbury and his wife Sim. Arnold Rattenbury (1946-2007) was an innovative exhibition designer, a critic and an original, lyrical poet of the heroic age of British Communism. Andy Croft completed the poets obituary early 2007. A fine book with fine connections.
