Book has stain on top of page edges when closed - not visible on inside pages: however, bottom corner cover and pages had gotten wet so pages are wrinkled. Slight inside staining blends with the age tanned paper, but pages show the wrinkle. No evidence of mildew or odd smells. Also, one page # 75/76 has been creased and chipped.
