Spine ends are softened and creased. Two white paint splotches on back bottom edge. Gilt lettering and decoration is still shiny and crisp.

Page 1 is torn at upper right corner. Boards are soiled, dampstained and heavily edgeworn. Corners are bumped and worn, and spine ends are chipped, revealing signatures beneath. Spine is browned and spine edges are chipped and torn. Spine is starting throughout, but hinges are secure.

The University Society, 1927. Hardcover. Good/None. Pages are tanned and unmarked. Text block edges are browned and soiled, but decorative speckling is still apparent. Boards are browned, spotted, and edgeworn, with bumped, worn corners and softened spine ends. Spine is sunned. Lettering and deco on spine is darkened and faded. Binding is loosened and hinges are cracked.

Chipping, tears, discoloration and creases around the edges of jacket. Tanning to jacket and interior pages, which are clean and unmarked save for previous owner's name. Jacket spine is almost entirely faded to illegibility. Some sort of sticker residue on bottom of back cover. Binding is tight, spine is straight, and boards are very clean. Discoloration to endpapers caused by darkening from binding glue.

Liveright Press, 1976. Paperback. Good/N/A. Scuffing on inside front cover likely from removal of a prior bookplate. About 15 pages have minor highlighting. All other pages are unmarked. Minor edge wear and shelf wear on covers.
