Book is fine with slipcase near fine, showing minimal shelf wear. Ryan (1947-) played for NY Mets, California Angels, Houston Astros and the Texas Rangers in his 27 year career in the Major Leagues. Well known for his fastball, Ryan maintained the 100 mph pitch throughout his career on his way to a 324-292 record, 3.19 ERA and 5,714 strikeouts (MLB record).
