In addition, the rear pastedown and end page is library card pockets and date card, both pastedowns and end pages is marked with black grease pencil. Exterior green cloth boards shows spotting, mainly on the back. The top of the front board appears to have been written on by a child in pen. If you look at the first image and zoom in you will be able to see this above the character of Madeleine. Internal binding is good, no hinge issues. No signatures (other than the authors), no bookplates, no library markings, nothing torn or loose. Minor foxing is present and him there are a few light smudge marks and spots present, but for the most part pages are clean. There was a corner fold at page 41 which has been straightened out but the creases still present.
