Very, very light dusting to page top-edges, barely noticible moisture dulling to lower-edge of front panelsee scan few finger-prints to cloth; d.j. has some very light chips and a 1/4 closed split at spine, some toning to d.j., spine, all evidenced in scan. A very good copy in v.g., d.j. Nice spring in the hinge.

A diminuitive dip where the silk-tie, slightly pinched the paper.The author's widow, Carolyn, was still alive, although had remarried and taken the name Wakefield, and the copyright is in that name.
