House in slipcase with same paper covers. Inscribed and signed by the author on half title page. Spine covers are just a little faded, and show rubbing along joints. There is a little residue on the first blank page where previous bookseller's penciled price has been erased. Volumes are otherwise Fine. Slipcase remains solid and attractive, though shows rubbing and light wear along edges.
