1978 This is an original manuscript by Charles Wilson, which is written in his own penmanship system, he teaches a class in penmanship and 19 of his 27 students earned certificates in penmanship.

This is a children's manuscript with 9 full page text pages and 6 full page drawings. Text is about a boy kangaroo who did not want to take his nap.

In the back of the manuscript are two letters written to an F. S. dated 1977 by Mr. Charles Wilson.

A letter written by Mr. Charles Wilson is included in the manuscript with the envelope with a date of 1978 (two pages written on both sides).

Dust jacket good 1 1/2 " chip at the bottom left hand corner next to the spine of the front of the dust jacket. One inch tear top edge of the back of the dust jacket and an inch chip missing top back edge of the dust jacket. Some small tears and chips on edges.<p>

I love this little book about a kitten saved from a cruel (bully) owner by a kind and loving couple. The poor kitten had no fur, The kitty was stolen from its mother with its siblings (two died) by a bully and fed drugs that left the kitten hairless. He threw the little kitten in a paper bag and threw it in a lake, observed by the kindly couple who saved and adopted the little kitty taking it to the vet to get well, knitting it a sweater to keep warm. A heartwarming story in the end that you will love.

Harper Crest, 1956 Book and dust jacket in very good condition. Dust jacket is price clipped. The title page has an ex library stamp at the bottom and on the back is a due date library sheet. A clear cellophane covering to the book covers that has protected the dust jacket beautifully, The dust jacket has done a very nice job of protecting the book. Harper Crest is a library edition.
