This volume is an album of fine color photos of the kingfisher perching, flying, diving, fishing, eating, and swimming. The text is in Japanese but the book is predominately color photos. At the end of the volume, all photos appear in small vignettes with accompanying text describing where the photo was taken and the camera and lens used to take the photograph.
