1965 Tuttle large hardcover format. First US/English edition with revised text, not remainder marked, dj clipped with remaining price on top corner($17.50) remaining. Dj in Good+ condition with one open tear on the top front panel where 'JA' in 'JAPAN' should be, else light shelfware only & preserved in Brodart protective sleeve. Pages complete, clean & firmly bound. Most are full page illustrations of mostly b&w photographs by Sonobe, with some color photos included as well. Blue cloth covered boards clean & square, top corner of the book shows some minor sunning, gold lettering on spine fine.
