Description:
No place [Orange, California ?], no publisher [Mabel ?], no date (ca. 2010). Octavo, 5 unbound sheets measuring 8.5 inches by 11 inches printed on thick pink paper folded once vertically forming 20 pages including covers, illustrated throughout. Not found in OCLC or anywhere else as of 7/22/2023.
A fine & apparently uncirculated copy.
A rather bizarre zine, quite likely a one off, partially written by "Mabel" who is also apparently the compiler. Various contributors offer essays including "Steampunk as seen through the eyes of Olivia Candlelabra," "Visions of St. Gutenberg by Madame Chaos," &, of paricular note, an "Interview with documentary filmmaker Albert Vazquez" conducted by Mabel herself. Vazquez specialized (specializes ?) in short films often related to LGBTQ issues, homelessness, & counterculture.
