Overall good condition with some wear to the boards and light moisture marks to the plates. Two page corners professionally repaired. Rear free end paper excised.The author, James W. Winter was a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, and of the Association Litteraire D'Egypt and late Veterinary Surgeon to Mehmet Ali and Ibrahim Pasha.
