The title is in black on the cover and spine: however in both cases is is quite faded and barely readable. The binding is solid. The interior of this book is in good plus condition. There is a gift inscription to a previous owner on the front free endpaper (dated March 3, 1946). Otherwise, there is no writing detected in the book; the pages are generally clean, there are small spots on just a few pages. The frontis is a b/w photograph titled "Entrance Of Sodus Bay"; the book includes other photographs of the area and people. In general, aside from the faded title on the cover and spine, this is a very nice copy of a book that appears to be uncommon.
