There are some nifty and only-published-here photos from the cattle range days & early Cherokee Strip settlement days. Filled primarily with family stories, but also contains general interest stories. Lots of history here, and your bookseller wrote one humble entry on his grandparents for the set. The bottom of the front covers of this set have the original owners names stamped in gold. Not at all unsightly. I'm biased, but this was one of the most attractively designed county history productions done anywhere. Fine condition. Oversized.

Tammen seems to have published several editions under this title. This is one of the most attractive ones I've seen. The brightly illustrated front cover is a painting of mountains done in gold, pink, red, & black. This copy has a mild bend running vertically through it, mostly undetected on the front cover. The back cover was once creased in like fashion, & is now mostly pressed out. Vg.
