The interior is clean and unmarked. 38 pp., featuring illustrations of 19 historic homes designed and built by Hugh Comstock in the beautiful coastal town of Carmel by the Sea.

Interior clean and unmarked, filled with color photography on oversized glossy pages. A good copy of this hard to find annual, 256 pp., articles on many models and races. Oversized and overweight - international shipping will cost more than the noted price.

NOAA stamp to the front cover appears to be the only marking. Binding is solid and pages are clean. 366 pp., lengthy bibliography at rear, some poorly reprinted black and white illustrations and photos at rear. These translated science publications are difficult to find, but also, not of highest quality so some of the tables and illustrations lose their sharpness in the re-tooling.

Unpaginated (about 30 pages), black and white photos throughout - a who's who of famous marines used as a recruitment tool in the late 90s.

Heavy wear to the corners and spine tips with some loss of the cloth. Spine sunned and titles faded. Rear hinge is damaged, with the webbing showing through the paper. The front hinge is weak, but intact. Photo of Evans is pasted to the front endpaper, perhaps a piece of the dustjacket, and a previous owner's bookplate is on the facing endpage. A small snip of paper with the US Naval Institute insignia is laid in at front. Foxing to the title page, but not throughout the book. A complete, readable copy, but with structural flaws and much wear. 495 pp., indexed, 10 black & white plates.
