A rare book. This one has the usual kinds of wear, with a couple of small tears at the lower corners of the spine, a spine that is creased a few times and cocked by about 15º, and bumps at the other corners. Pages are clean and tight. Fawcett Crest #M1551, cover price of 95¢.

No Algebra, no Calculus, just your basic mathematics (or arithmetic, if you prefer). Clear explanations, followed by enough drill for you to get the hang of it. Little wear, just a couple of smudges on the back cover. Doesn't look as if it has ever been used.

If you are stuck giving performance appraisals and don't want to say the same thing over and over, this book is for you. Would work for teachers, too. All suggested phrases are positive. I guess you're on your own for the negative terms (actually, the book talks about this in the foreword). A scarce and highly valued book.
