Baltimore, Maryland: The Maull Company, apparently prepared for the Biltmore Hotel, no date [1913 per OCLC Worldcat]. Single sheet printed on thick card stock measuring approximately 9.25 inches by 12 inches folded twice vertically (as issued) to 9.25 inches by 4 inches, with illustration in color of the Biltmore Hotel on the front panel & street map of Manhattan comprising the entirety of one side.
Soiled & foxed mostly affecting the front & back panels, modest edge wear including two bruised corners, otherwise Very Good.
The rotating pointer riveted in center "will show you the exact location." Includes index to railroad terminals and steamship piers at the upper corners of the map, with indexes to streets, points of interest & department stores on the verso.
Quite uncommon, OCLC Worldcat locates four copies as of 10/13/2021 (accession number 32342187) at New York Historical Society Library, New York State Library, University of California, Berkeley, & University of Michigan.

Illustrated card stock, single sheet measuring 6.5 inches by 16 inches folded once vertically as issued, cord bound to enclose a printed menu. Lightly soiled, toned, & foxed, trace edge wear, cording partially frayed, otherwise Very good. A really charming menu, the front cover depicts a pair of chicks drawing a cart with another chick driving, and a dogwood tree in bloom in the background. Embossed in silver is "Easter Greeting" and the logo of the Shoreham. Dinner sounds fabulous however baby chicks were not offered.

Cincinnati: Rombach & Groene, 1884. Original albumen photograph measuring 6 inches by 9.5 inches mounted to gilt-edged board measuring 6.75 inches by 10 inches. Titled & credited in print in the margin below the image. Moderately soiled/ foxed, image a bit light, otherwise very good. The 1884 riot followed outrage at the conviction of William Berner for manslaughter rather than murder. As a contemporary headline screamed, "At Last the People are Aroused and Take the Law into Their Own Hands, Enraged Community Rises in Its Might." (~Cincinnati Enquirer, March 29, 1884). Louis Rombach and Theodore Groene, both previously employed by noted Cincinnati photographer Charles Waldack, established their own studio specializing in mercantile and landscape photography in 1883. By 1895 the business was advertised as "The Largest Establishment of its Kind in the United States."
