Light bumping to the upper corners spineward. A clean and solid copy of this brief look at the flowering plants of Eugene. 16 pp., age-toned.

A fair to good copy with heavy wear at the corners and edges, and warbling to the rear cover. Soil to the tan rear cover and spots of foxing to some of the page edges. Binding is solid but lacking in tightness, with all pages bound in. Only a trio of written comments to the book with the number 115 neatly to the bottom of the title page, indicating page 115 where there is an asterisk indicating a notation about the family - related to the brief gift inscription on the last page. 124 pp., sepia photos throughout, and a brief bibliography at rear. Independence is a logging town in northwest Oregon, near Western Oregon University and close to the state capitol, Salem.

The interior is much better - clean and unmarked, bright, and well bound. 149 pp., black and white illustrations, extensive bibliography. Subartu is an early name for the peoples of upper Mesopotamia. This is volume 5 in the series that takes "an interdisciplinary approach" to the study of Upper Mesopotamian history.

Hinges intact and unbroken, but some splitting at the gatherings deeper into the bind. Soil and discoloration to the edges of the text block. 131 pp., one of the scarcer Dumas titles.

Heavy chipping and short tears at the edges of the covers, and a large section of paper loss at the top of the rear cover. Creasing to the rear cover and darkening to pages, covers, and titles. Pencilled notation to the top of the first page, and a stray pencil mark to the bottom of the front cover. Some dampstaining to the front cover and into the first page, but no mold and no further dampening. Binding is solid, but pages are brittle. Multiple fold-outs all intact. A unique look at the economic history of the state of Quintana Roo and the federal efforts to engage it economically with the rest of Mexico. 461 pp., a difficult to find piece of Mexican governmental history.

The dust jacket is crisp and attractive, with a previous price sticker on the bottom of the rear panel. 208 pp., Reade's story of growing up on the road across Australia. Reade is an amazing illustrator and journalist, credited as the father of Cuban animation.

Signed by Jim Buchli (Space Shuttle Astronaut), and Lorna (Onizuka's wife) and brother Claude Onizuka on the half-title page. A good copy with some discoloration to the gray cloth, gilt titles still bright and attractive. Light bumping/rounding at the corners and spine tips. Interior is clean and unmarked other than the signatures. Binding solid though lacking in tightness. Dustjacket is also good with a crease to the rear flap and general shelfwear and bending at the panel edges. - light soil to the front panel. 160 pp., filled with color photos. A truly unique copy of this tribute to Onizuka who died on the Challenger.

A good plus copy with bumping to the lower corners and spine ends. Binding is tight as if unread and pages are unmarked other than the author inscriptions. Unclipped jacket is very good, bright and attractive, with a scuff to the upper part of the rear panel. 206 pp., some b/w photos at center. Jacobsen's follow up to "Buried Lies" - a collection of humorous stories from his time on the green.

Washington DC: Sanz Publications, 1973. First edition thus. Hardcover. Good. Two volumes in good condition. Green cloth hardcovers with gilt titles, lacking dustjackets, presumably as issued. First thus. Both volumes with crimping at the spoine tips, and minor soiling along the top edge of the textblock. Book One with hard bumps to the top front corners, light soiling to the front board, and some minor pencil writing in the text. Book two is cleaner and tighter, as if the student didn't get that far. Combined, over 380 pages and multiple lessons. Known as "the professor" to presidents, Sanz founded a lanuge school in 1939 just blocks from the White House. His textbooks are scarce.
