This is a facsimile first edition dust jacket rendered by fine art artist John Anthony Miller -for the 1949 book published by Putnams in NY - with his "JAM" monogram on the bottom of the rear jacket flap and marked tastefully on the edge of the rear flap (as shown in the photo). "Facsimile Dust Jacket and with his monogram "JAM" as shown. A permanently affixed label signed by the artist-restorer signifying that this is a facsimile dust jacket is also affixed to the verso of the dust jacket.
