An interesting source of Soviet architecture 1960-70s. Decree "On the elimination of excesses in design and construction" (1955) put the end ща architectural style of Stalin's empire. In the 1960s and 1970s, a new style of architecture developed - simple, economical, based on a new industry and expressing the capabilities of modern technology. A rare Ukrainian emigrant calendar issued by the largest national organization of the Ukrainian diaspora. In addition to the calendar, more than 30 author's materials have been published, primarily related to Hetman Mazepa, the Battle of Poltava, as well as the history of independent Ukraine and the Ukrainian diaspora in the United States. Publications mainly of a nationalist orientation (`Russia is not Ukraine`, etc.). Ok. 50 rare illustrations (including three archival photos for an article about contacts between the Directory of the UNR and the ZUNR in 1919). A large block of Ukrainian emigrant advertising from illustrations.

The first Russian publication of the 2nd volume of Marx's "Capital". Translated by economist, revolutionary and interpreter N.F. Danielson (1844–1918), this translation became the work of his life. This 2nd volume appeared in print in Russian in the same year as the first German publication (Friedrich Engels sent the pages of an unpublished book for translation to Danielson). Shortly after its release, the book was censored and banned.

"The Queen of Spades", Op. 68 is an opera in three acts (seven scenes) by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky to a Russian libretto by the composer's brother Modest Tchaikovsky, based on a novella of the same name by Alexander Pushkin, but with a dramatically altered plot. The premiere took place in 1890 in St. Petersburg (at the Mariinsky Theatre), Russia.
