The first was a video made around 1998 at Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum and the second was done on Friday April 4, 2003 at the home of Daniel Oredson, Denver, Colorado. The subject was in the Air Force and the interviewer was Dick Palmer. A interesting shapshot of the World War II experiences of one on the front lines. The author's tale is a humorous account of the prairie homefront in the early 1940's complete with bootleggers and moonshine, roughnecks, and a front-yard oil rig. It is a work of learning how to cope with the vagaries of rural life that launched Mary on a wonderful career that includes the publication of two best-selling books. A very nice, almost mint, copy.

(bottom left) This is a quite remarkable copy for its age and the book is much better than it sounds. A nice copy.
