Each of the 238 recipes is on a separate removable paper 5" x 3" "cards" with each dish titled and complete ingredients and instructions. The recipes are divided by tabbed full page cards (e.g. Bread Cakes, Desserts, Luncheon and Supper Dishes, Meat, Menus, etc.).
