Advertising a plat of land, 80 acres of Oklahoma Ranch and Timber land at $3 per acre in Latimer County, "about 4 miles west of Bengal, Okla., on the Frisco Railroad." The property was located near coal fields and a gas well. The Ringlands were immigration agents for the Wabash and the Missouri, Kansas and Texas railroads.
