Bound in slightly flexible maroon cloth with typed paper labels. Bindings a touch shaken, one soiled, but the contents are mostly quite clean and well-preserved; overall very good. A rich mixture of transcribed meeting minutes of the Board of Governors, along with typed and signed correspondence between executives and various vendors and other firms whose business was required for the functioning of the club. Many of these are hand-signed, and there are a few notable signatures, such as Mackenzie King. Financial summaries (there were lots of playing cards, cigars, and cigarettes) and various proposals for disbursement of funds for arious charitable causes are discussed.
