[Kathmandu, Nepal: Bardo Matrix, 1976].. Depicts a skeleton holding an opium smoker by the throat amidst a scene that includes a tiger and a snake. This print is one of an overrun made for use in Young's most important work, Opium Elementals that consists of woodblock prints devoted to opium smoking. Young was one of the original Bardo Matrix members and the primary illustrator for their publications. Inevitable creasing to thin rice paper, some smoke discoloration not anywhere near the image, else nice overall (image ca. 5" x 10" on much larger sheet).
