condition. Does have two , two inch tear on the back of the dust
jacket. Inside pages clean and unmarked except for a sticker on
the end paper with former owner name and address.

Kansas City , MO: Hallmark Play-Time Book The book is in really nice condition, boards look near fine, one of the flaps inside the book has an inch tear but it still looks very good. There is writing on the name plate and there is a note written to the
recipient. Don't see a copyright date, on the back board is Hallmark
and under the name 250HEC20-4. Pages very clean, not writing or
marks. An exceptionally nice looking
book.
