Offered is an original letter dated January 3, 1952, written in fountain pen and signed by W. E. Frye, the magician for the magic act "The Frye Entertainers." A single-paged letter measuring 8-1/2" by 11", with mimeographed letterhead featuring a stage colored in blue and purple around its edges, with the heading "THE FRYE ENTERTAINERS PRESENT" to the upper edge area and "FAMOUS FOR FUN" to the lower edge area. Lacking a to and from address, the letter is written to a Mr. Hamilton and reads in full: "Jan. 3/52 - Dear Mr. Hamilton: Didn't get a Xmas card to you but I wish you a prosperous New Year.
