A single-paged letter measuring 8-1/2" by 11", with mimeographed letterhead featuring a stage colored in blue and purple around its edges, with the heading "THE FRYE ENTERTAINERS PRESENT" to the upper edge area and "FAMOUS FOR FUN" to the lower edge area.
