Boston: John C. Paige & Company Insurance. Paperback. Very Good. Vintage Paperback Book of 16 pages of Christmas Songs in Very Good condition. Small Book appears to have been put together by the John C. Paige & Company Insurance out of Boston. Book includes the music and the words to 20 songs with illustrations and even the "Is There A Santa Claus" famous editorial for the New York Sun from September 21, 1897 inside the back cover. Book is attached at the spine with two vintage staples and one has come loose, but insides are still well attached. Outside covers feature a beautiful painting picture with some minor wear. Overall very nice vintage piece! Merry Christmas!

This book literally came from the last shipment out of Neumann Press before they closed their doors. TAN Book has bought Neumann Press and has reprinted this title, but it does not have a hand sewn binding!

Bruce, 1956. Hardback . Good/Very Good. From the Catholic Treasury Books Series. Hardback Book is in Good condition with a tight binding and mostly clean crisp pages, but a previous owner has written some page numbers on the pages if they were not already printed and also has drawn a half circle over the page numbers at the start of each chapter. There were also a couple of seals on two pages that have been marked through with a couple of other markings on those two pages. It appears that the Table of Contents page is missing. Outside cloth covers are nice with some tape remnants where the dust jacket was attached at one time and some wear to the outside corners and edges. Dust Jacket is in Very Good with both inside flaps being trimmed but not effecting any printed words. Dust Jacket is now covered by a clear mylar cover.

This book of 208 pages is written in German and is about the Luftwaffe and the great Aviator Molders and was published during the early years of World War II. In English, the title is "Molder and His Men". Again, it is published in German and has numerous black and white photos of Luftwaffe Pilots and ceremonies to include one with Adolf Hitler. It also shows Molder on vacation in the snow covered Alps. The book showing "happy times" for Molders and the Luftwaffe in 1941 prior to the United States entering the War. The book is really in good shape considering it was published just a little before the Attack on Pearl Harbor. The only writing in the book is a neatly written name and date ("Dieter Roth 1942"), who I am going to assume was the original owner. Krause Printing, 1990. Hardcover. Very Good Plus. Signed. I am not going go pretend that I understand who this Werner Von Trapp is? I read the entire book and tried to research him with little to no success. His story appears to be that he is the son of Maria Von Trapp, this being the step daughter of Maria Von Trapp from the movie. Maria, the daughter, played "Louisa" in the movie. He states that he was born in 1950 and that his mother left him in the Saint Frenz Saales Convent in Germany, where he was raised. He states that his mother came back later in his life, but the Sisters at the Convent would not let him go with his Mother. He was later told by one of the Sisters that he was a Von Trapp. He left the Convent at age 21. I did searches on this individual and could literally find nothing. There is a Werner Von Trapp that was born in 1950 that died in 1991 in Yuma, AZ- which would be a year after this book was published in 1990.
