Marbled endpapers. Volumes have chips to the corners, chips and closed tears to the head and heel of the spine, rubbing wear to the extremities of the covers, and minor foxing to a few pages. Illustrated with 147 steele engravings of the paintings and sculptures contained within as well as plans and views of the building.
