New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1969. First Edition. Cloth. Very good/very good. Warren Chappell. 10.5 x 7 3/4 inches (26 x 20 cm), blue cloth with embossed illustraton on front, gilt lettering on spine. Dust jacket in very good condition with minor chipping along edges. Price on flap has been struck through, endpapers have musical composition with border of vines and creatures. Includes music by Felix Mendelssohn and illustrations by Warren Chappell, full page color illustrations as well as black and white marginalia. The page edges have a 2 inch red remainder mark, that is also on the edge of the dust jacket. (Unnumbered) 27pp.
