She is most known for her coverage of Eleanor Roosevelt and women's issues. This book was first published in September 1915. This copy was published October 1915. Written with the collaboration of Elizabeth Jordan. (30) photographs. The pages listing the illustrations are untrimmed. 338 pp. Hannah Howard Shaw was a leader of the women's suffrage movement, a physician, and one of the first ordained female methodist ministers. Her long time companion was Lucy Elmina Anthony, who was the niece of Susan B. Anthony.
