At one time there were seashells attached to the front cover, and there remains the "damp sand marks" on the front cover. All pages are parchment, unpaginated, with 23 printed leaves, illustrated throughout, with a double-page letter on parchment laid-in with portions of the wax seal remaining. Lacks the letter on paper. Includes the full page map. Parchment loss to lower portion of the spine, pages intact and attached, inner hinge cracking. COLUMBUS VOYAGE HOAX.
