The title page cartoon alone appears commercial and is of a preacher (?) in a stew pot with native reading "Favorite Recipes. " The table of contents begins with Table Graces and includes Special Graces (holidays,) Graces (family times,) and Children's Graces'. Section dividers are hand illustrated.
